The smallest in the range the 13-inch MacBook Pro which is equipped with standard function keys and not the new Touch Bar and Touch ID is now available to purchase with prices starting from $1,499 with shipping from today.
If you are waiting for the new MacBook Pro laptops with 13 inch and 15 inch screens both now available to preorder with prices starting from $1,799 and shipping expected to take place in 3-4 weeks.
The base level MacBook Pro laptop is equipped with 2.0GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor equipped with Turbo Boost offering up to 3.1GHz. Together with 8GB 1866MHz memory, 256GB PCIe-based SSD1, Intel Iris Graphics 540 and 2 x Thunderbolt 3 ports. Apple writes :
