Apple’s Single Sign On feature is now live in the US and you can now use the feature on the Apple TV and also your iOS device.
At the launch of Apple’s Single Sign On there are only a few providers supported, these include DirectTV, Dish and SlingTV.
Sign in to your cable or satellite-TV provider on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple TV. Then enjoy instant access to supported video apps that your pay TV subscription includes.
There is also support from a number of channel specific apps which include Bravo, NBC, Syfy, A&E and more, these are expected to be expanded to more apps and providers in the future.
