Huawei is all set to make a statement at the Mobile World Congress this year, in Barcelona, Spain. A teaser video shared by Huawei tells us that it’ll be unveiling the successor to the dual-camera P9 – The P10. The event is scheduled for February 26.

Huawei P10 has been victim to numerous leaks and rumours, which give us a slight idea of what we can expect from the device. A few leaks hint that the device maybe launching in two different design variants. A flat display variant and a curved one.

The two variants will differ in hardware configurations. The flat panel P10 is expected to be rocking Huawei’s home-grown HiSilicon Kirin 960 chipset. The device will have two different storage and RAM configurations with a 4GB RAM/64GB storage variant, as well as a 6GB RAM/128GB storage variant.

The curved P10 will be getting a slightly more powerful HiSilicon 965 chipset with 6GB RAM/128GB storage and an 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage. The devices will also differ in battery with the flat panel p0 getting a 3100mAh battery, and the curved P10 getting 3650mAh battery.

Both the devices are expected to retain the dual-camera setup at the back. There is no information for the camera configuration for the devices as of now, however, the teaser does reveal two eyes covered with two circles, similar to the one on the P9, which clearly hints at a twin-optic setup.

Along with the P9, the Chinese giant is also expected to unveil the successor to the Huawei Watch 2, which is expected to rock the newly unveiled Android Wear 2.0 right out-of-the-box. A few leaks suggest that the smartwatch is getting a major overhaul in the looks department with a sportier approach. The smartwatch is also expected to get a 42mm case, with a 1.4-inch display.
