Apple’s New MacBook Pro Ditches The Startup Chime

MacBook Pro

Apple announced its new MacBook Pro range of notebooks last week, the devices comes with a number of upgrades including a new Touch Bar.

Apple’s iMacs, notebooks and other Macs have hard a startup chime when you turn the device on for years, Apple has ditched this chime on the new MacBook Pro.

When you open the new MacBook Pro the device will automatically turn itself on and you do not have to press the power button. The device will also turn on  automatically when the screen is open and you plug it into the power.

Apple has apparently removed their startup chime from all of the three MacBooks that it launched last week, so we can also expect this to happen on future Macs.
